The current study adds to the literature on indirect and direct effect of sustainability in luxury services purchase intention. agenda researchers professionals industry is constantly changing, not consensual literature, but has been playing an important role society. Luxury have also followed this trend, although studies are still quite limited. aim understand a service purchasing decision-making. authors employed quantitative method approach, conducting online survey with 734 respondents, mainly Europe, Brazil, North America. analysis empirical research reveals that bigger consideration for sustainability, greater intention consumer. results confirm hedonism, perceived value, high quality, status-gratification, social image, self-expression decision, leading influence Furthermore, findings demonstrate sustainable consumption behaviour plays mediating decision-making when service. provide practical guidance managers considering sustainability. Practical implications driving growth conclude article.
